The dinner I made for Will

  • Appetizer: Asperagus wrapped with procuitto, cream cheese, and parmesean.
  • Main: Pork loin marinated in a chili powder/salt cure, basted in Orange Glaze and slow cooked for an hour on the BBQ.
  • Side: Mashed russet potatoes with prociutto and parmesean.
  • Dessert: Grilled banana sundaes with strawberries and chocolate sauce.
Yum! I’m glad there’s leftovers. :)
