The dinner I made for Will
- Appetizer: Asperagus wrapped with procuitto, cream cheese, and parmesean.
- Main: Pork loin marinated in a chili powder/salt cure, basted in Orange Glaze and slow cooked for an hour on the BBQ.
- Side: Mashed russet potatoes with prociutto and parmesean.
- Dessert: Grilled banana sundaes with strawberries and chocolate sauce.
